CONTRACT VEHICLES
Multiple DHS and DoD organizations – Deployable Adaptive Global Responder Support (DAGARS) – a $480M ID/IQ contract to provide research and development support to a diverse group of organizations in the following areas: (1) Technical Development and Support to include design, development, fabrication, documentation and technical support (including field service representatives) of equipment and systems for responder missions, (2) Technical Integration to include conducting all necessary activities to ensure that equipment, sub-systems and systems are well integrated with appropriate units, platforms, vehicles, or weapon systems to achieve responder mission objectives and requirements, (3) Operational Integration to include coordination support with appropriate Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Headquarters and subordinate units to enable employment of responder capabilities with unique requirements and capabilities on highly accelerated schedule.
GSA – One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) – – Contract for acquiring complex and integrated professional services, including program management services, management consulting, scientific services, engineering, logistics and financial services. Multiple Award ID/IQ contract vehicle Term: 10 years (fiscal 2014 – fiscal 2024). No program ceiling ($6 billion annually expected).
ARMY – Rapid Response – Third Generation (R2-3G) — Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. Five year contract for DOD and Federal Agencies provide rapid access to products and services to research, development, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems, subsystems.
NAVY – Seaport-e Contract — Multiple award ID/IQ contract vehicle. Covers 22 functional service areas within the scope of the contract. The contract ceiling amount is set at $5B.
ARMY – Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Development (AEWD) — Army Research Labs Unique Mission Cell Advanced Expeditionary Warfare contract to enhance national security by increasing mission capabilities against rapidly evolving threats. $800M Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity
AIR FORCE – Hill AFB Design Engineering Support (DESP) III Contract — a five-year multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle providing a broad range of engineering services in support of any system or subsystem within the Air Force and other DoD agencies. The contract ceiling amount is set at $1.9B.
WPAFB Acquisition of Consolidated Enterprise Support Services (ACCESSS) Contract — $500M WP-AFB IDIQ, Firm-Fixed-Price, Time & Materials and Cost Reimbursement Contract
